The TID has successfully completed all four phases of the project. The TID's final phase, Liberty Way West, has had all pending right of way issues resolved. The interchange phase was managed by ODOT and is still in the process of reconciling out all the change orders. Once this is completed the entire project can be closed out. The potential development that now is available around the interchange is significant. Liberty Township, Butler County, West Chester Township and the TID look for the development to start growing in the area over the next several years. As the area now has an almost central access to both Cincinnati and Dayton and provides potential employers with additional benefits of medical facilities located less than a mile from the intersection.
