Future Projects
 
The TID will evaluate future projects based on the local government(s) bringing a project to the Director and Board of Trustees for consideration.

The TID is currently involved in several projects as identified as our priority projects. The TID is participating with the Butler County Engineer and Ohio Department of Transportation to work on the interchange modification study for the current terminus of State Route 129, the Liberty Way Interchange, Liberty Way and Cox Road. The TID applied for and received a $250,000 Ohio Jobs and Commerce grant for phase 1 enginnering. The initial phase of the project should define a preferred alternative for the road construction project in early 2018.

 
The TID is successful applied for and received a $67,000 Ohio Jobs and Commerce grant to assist the City of Monroe with a bridge replacement on Salzman Road south of State Route 63

 
The TID is working with City of Fairfield to evaluate modifications to the current interstate connection along Gilmore Road with Interstate 275
